With nearly two decades dedicated to the field of education, Megan Zembik stands as a beacon of experience and innovation. Having traversed the educational landscape from elementary to high school levels, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and a deep-rooted passion for fostering student success. Megan holds a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Educational Leadership, a testament to her academic prowess and commitment to advancing her knowledge in the field of education.

 

A steadfast advocate for high academic standards, Megan Zembik has a proven track record of elevating student achievements within school settings. By implementing innovative teaching methodologies, cultivating collaborative learning environments, and providing targeted support to both students and educators, she has played a pivotal role in driving measurable improvements in academic outcomes. Megan Zembik gained valuable experience teaching middle school mathematics in Channelview ISD and Austin ISD before transitioning into leadership roles within Austin ISD and then Hays CISD, serving as Academic Dean of a high school with over 3000 students.

 

In 2022, Megan Zembik was honored with the esteemed title of Academic Dean of the Year, a recognition of her exemplary leadership and commitment to academic excellence. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to curriculum development, faculty support, and student engagement, thereby leaving an indelible mark on the institutions she has served.

 

Megan Zembik's enduring dedication to promoting academic excellence and inspiring students to reach their full potential continues to leave a lasting impact on the realm of education, shaping the minds of future generations and nurturing a lifelong love for learning.
